I’m so excited you are here! Congratulations for taking on this challenge and deciding to live with more JOY in your life! This is the first day of YOUR #CreatingJoyChallenge and today we are going to take some time to really get clear on WHY it is so important to live joyfully and then make a 100% commitment to JOY. This step is SO important! Until you are really truly committed to something, it is easy for you to only play half-way. When any of us want to make any changes in our lives its important for us to FIRST fully commit.
Read one of my favorite quotes below:

Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one’s favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.”    – W.H. Murray

Answer these 3 questions:

In a journal or separate piece of paper, take a few minutes to answer these questions/prompts.
1- Describe how you feel in a moment when you are filled with Joy. What does complete JOY feel like to you?
2- How does living in complete Joy influence the way you live, connect with and interact with others?
3- Why is it SO important for you to have Joy in more abundance in your life? How will your life change if you learned how to live intentionally creating Joy each day?

Invite your friends to join you!

One of the greatest, most sure ways to stay committed to something is to share what you are doing with others and/or have an accountability partner to help you stay motivated. Share this challenge with your friends or family, anyone who would like creating more joy in their own lives and find those who will join you for these 14 days.
