Welcome to day 2 of our #CreatingJoyChallenge . It is time to think bigger and start manifesting the life you really want! Let’s create a vision for what you want your life to LOOK and FEEL like.
You will do this by creating a vision board. Vision Boards are becoming more and more popular as people discover how fun, easy and effective they really are. You can create a vision board in a few different ways and I’ll explain a couple of them for you.

Having a vision of what you want your life to look like can do so many things for you. It gives you hope and anticipation, looking forward to your life as it unfolds. It gives you things to work and strive for in your life, giving you more purpose. It also creates feelings of excitement and gratitude as you look at it each day.

My favorite type of vision board is really simple. It is the method I learned from Kirk Duncan a few years back and it totally simplified the process as well as made it easier to really focus on what I want. For years, I had been doing the regular cut and paste out of a magazine collage style vision board. Don’t get me wrong, I always really enjoyed that process but I didn’t really seem to do anything with it after I made it. I just felt like it looked really cute and fun. Since I have been using this simplified method I am able to focus on and manifest my goals into my life more often.

Here are the simple 3 steps:

1- Pick an image to represent a goal that you have in each of these 9 areas: Wealth, Reputation, Love, Family, Health, Spirituality, Education, Achievement, and Travel. They might be very specific goals that you want to achieve by a certain amount of time or they might be less specific (just capturing a feeling for what you want to create) and both are okay. I do recommend trying to at least have some of them be more specific.
2- Create a space where you can place your 9 images (3x3) up on a wall somewhere. This could be a poster board, a magnet board or your wall itself. Make sure the set up allows you to easily take your images off and put up new ones as things from your vision board flow into your life.  (I use purple painters tape – so it doesn’t ruin the wall – and make a square on my wall and tape up my images 3x3 in that. It works great!)
3- Tape or magnet your images 3x3 starting left to right and top to bottom in this order – Wealth, Reputation, Love, Family, Health, Spirituality, Education, Achievement, and Travel. When they are all taped up you are finished! You are now ready to start manifesting!

Once you have your vision board completed, the fun stuff begins. Each morning, take time to really look at your board – take a minute looking at each picture and start visualizing it.
These things may feel silly at first but be sure to:
~Talk to yourself about how AMAZING it feels to have it in your life.
~Start to visualize your reality with what is in your image.
~Point at each image and specifically tell it how much you want it.
The more silly, fun and creative you make this time the more your mind will start to attach to it. The main reason we don’t attract the things we want into our lives is because our mind doesn’t believe we can or that it is important enough to us. So change this by making it important every single day. You will see miracles start to unfold to help you attract what you want into your life.

Remember to enJOY the process. EnJOY dreaming and wanting and enJOY believing that you CAN manifest your dreams into reality.
